Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to make repairs before selling?

No. We buy homes in "as-is" condition. That means you don’t need to fix a thing — no painting, no cleaning, no updates. We’ll take care of everything after closing.

Are there any fees or commissions?

None. Unlike traditional real estate sales, we don’t charge you any fees or take a commission. What we offer is what you get — no deductions or surprises.

How quickly can you close?

We can close in as little as 7–14 days for cash deals. If we structure a creative offer, we can often close even faster since we’re not waiting on traditional financing or bank approvals.

What if I'm behind on payments or in foreclosure?

We specialize in helping homeowners in tough situations. Whether you're facing foreclosure, behind on taxes, or need to stop a sale date, we can step in and provide a fast solution — often preserving your credit in the process.

Can I sell if the home is currently rented?

Yes. We often purchase tenant-occupied properties, especially those under Section 8. We’ll work with the current tenant or help transition if needed.

What is a creative financing offer?

It’s an alternative to a traditional cash sale. If you don’t need all your equity upfront, we may be able to pay a portion down and make monthly payments — often with better total value to you. It's a win-win for properties that don’t qualify for bank loans.

Do you work with real estate agents?

Yes. We’re agent-friendly and we structure many of our offers to include commissions in full — often paid upfront. If you're an agent, check out our “Invest With Us” page to learn more.
